Institute Program at WIC
Students gain more than academic knowledge. Through our signature Institute Program, they develop real-world skills and explore future pathways in meaningful, hands-on ways. Designed for students in Grades 7 to 12, this program blends experiential learning, expert mentorship, and practical experiences in areas like business, technology, environmental science, health, and the visual and performing arts. It’s education made meaningful, relevant and personalized.
For example, in Winter 2025, junior high students in the Visual, Media & Performing Arts Institute collaborated with local professionals to choreograph, design sets, film, and produce a Thriller-inspired music video, showcasing WIC’s creative, applied approach to learning.
