Grandparents, and "Grandfriends", are invited to spend an afternoon at West Island College with their extraordinary grandchildren!
WIC is excited to host its second annual Grandparents' Day on Tuesday, April 30.
The afternoon will begin at 1 p.m. with remarks from our Head of School and a few members of our community. It will conclude at the end of the school day, which is around 3 p.m.
The schedule for the day:

Performance by our WIC Band as you enter the building
- Welcome Address - Erin Corbett, Head of School & CEO
- Tea, coffee, sweets and treats will be served
- School tour with your grandchild
Please RSVP
It will be a challenge to make sure we have enough seating and food for all our guests. As such, we ask that you kindly RSVP for the event in advance. Spots are limited.
Please note: This event is only for grandparents, we look forward to welcoming parents at another time.
Parking
We suggest parking next door at the Calgary Farmers' Market (located at 510 77 Ave SE). There is limited spots in the main WIC parking lot.

SPECIAL Accomodations
Designated accessible parking spaces are limited and will be in very high demand on Grandparents' Day. Please indicate your need for a designated accessible parking spot when RSVPing.
