A message from Erin Corbett, Head of School & CEO
As we continue our commitment to deliver future-focused programming and experiences, a critical need has emerged – a multi-use green space and athletic field. Having an athletic field will positively impact the comprehensive student experience at WIC while also providing much-needed green space in this area of the city.

Here are the plans for the new field – we need your help to make it a reality.

It is a bold undertaking – and success is only possible with your help.

Consider how you can support this exciting capital initiative – for our current students and those to come – they deserve the best!
"Building on a strong tradition of excellence, WIC's new field will be an outdoor space for the entire community to gather and celebrate all that makes WIC exceptional. We have heard from parents that the field is important for a well-rounded school experience enriching the lives, wellness and educational experience of all WIC kids."
Mark Boulay
WIC Parent, Capital Campaign Chair and Advancement Committee Chair

To support this development, WIC has re-invested $4 million of its organizational assets to purchase land adjacent to the school. The College will now reconfigure the east side of the campus to allow for the maximum field size, regrade the field location behind the school and install turf, seating, lighting and associated pathways and relocate parking at a cost of approximately $5 million.

The total project cost is $9 million. WIC has contributed $5 million and seeks the remaining $4 million from the WIC community

Please join our current donors in raising the necessary funds to build this new athletic field for our students to learn, thrive and be well.

Construction began spring 2024.

Help us to build an active space for active minds and ELEVATE OUR GAME AT WIC!
