Our interscholastic teams start at the end of August with golf and volleyball and finish in June with soccer, field hockey and rugby. There are teams for all age levels and both genders for the majority of the sports. The teams are of a competitive nature and try-outs will be held at all levels. All teams have both practices and games, some of the senior teams participate in outside tournaments as well. Practices are held at the school or a nearby field in the morning before school, at lunchtime or after-school. Games and tournaments are played both at home and away. Each student will be provided with a practice and game schedule at the beginning of the season. Please note that there are occasional changes made to the schedule by the league, we will do our best to give you as much advance notice as possible of these changes.

The school provides transportation for the away games; should you wish to pick your son or daughter up after a game, please arrive before the end of the game and notify the coach of your intentions. Coaches are not permitted to leave students alone at other venues and, therefore, they will be required to drive the student back to the school.

Our 7/8 volleyball and basketball teams are open to any grade seven or eight student. There are both a boys and girls team for each of these sports. The main objectives of these teams are participation and skill development.

Junior boys and girls volleyball and basketball teams are open to any grade eight or nine student. These teams spend a lot of time on skill development and court strategies. The level of play becomes more competitive for the junior teams.

Both badminton and soccer are offered as co-educational junior and senior teams. The objectives here are for the players to improve their skills, have fun and learn to work with one another. The junior teams are open to grade seven, eight and nine students and the senior teams for players from grades ten to twelve.

The senior golf, volleyball and basketball teams are competitive teams that are open to players from grades ten to twelve. There is both a boys and girls team for each of the sports. The golf team is limited to four players per team and it is a very short season. Senior teams often have the opportunity to participate in outside tournaments or to run a tournament of their own.

The Rugby team is a team for grade ten to twelve males. The field hockey team is offered to grade ten to twelve females. Both of these teams participate in outside tournaments.
