Testing Procedures
All students applying to W.I.C. will complete the following evaluation process:
  1. A test which measures the school's ability of the student. This is an indicator of the student's potential for success at W.I.C. 50th percentile (grade equivalency) or better is required.
  2. A series of tests which measures the student's skill level in mathematics, problem solving, and reading comprehension. Grade level performance or better is required.
  3. A small group or personal interview with a faculty member is conducted to determine the social suitability of the candidate.

This testing combined with a copy of a student's most recent report card and, as an example, a reference from a past teacher, allows for a clearer idea of where a student is in his/her development.
